Jakarta, Indonesia, 24 June 2019 – Renault Trucks, the 125 years old French automotive manufacturer, and PT Indo Traktor Utama, subsidiary of the Indomobil Group, are launching the new K range trucks. This sets a new standard in terms of world-class robustness for mining, logging, and heavy haulage activities in Indonesia.
Nowadays, Renault Trucks counts with a distribution center in Balikpapan and a representative office in Jakarta.

With 36T of rear axle tandem capacity, the new K range offers one of the best payloads in the market, while also ensuring high drivability. The robustness is guaranteed by the K range unique features: headlight protection grids, 100% steel bumper in three parts, plates under engine and oil sum and full chassis reinforcement.

Renault Trucks new Optidriver gearbox is able to provide up to 10% less of fuel consumption and reduced maintenance. Its technology increase safety and comfort with more controlled driving, and more drivability on off-road mode.
